As design science research continues to grow across disciplines, understanding its intellectual structure becomes increasingly challenging. This project maps the field by identifying major clusters of activity, including recurring research themes, methodological approaches, theoretical foundations, and scholarly communities. The resulting knowledge map provides a structured overview of design science, helping researchers and educators navigate the field, recognize connections across domains, and identify emerging directions for future inquiry.
